1. Designs information and promotions programs.
2. Monitors promotion and information programs of the college.
3. Conceptualizes brochures and other promotional materials.
4. Prepares programs and schedule for career talks and represents the college in promotional activities.
5. Establishes working long-term linkages with school, colleges, universities, organizations and institutions.
6. Submits regular reports on the activities and accomplishments of the marketing and information office.
7. Implements/enforces the quality standards for internal and external communications.
8. Prepares letters, memorandum, reports and other documents, and initiates and disseminates any information as will be required by the President.
9. Travels, coordinates events, and makes presentations to disseminate information internally or externally.
10. Prepares and maintains copies of letters, memos and all forms of communications.
11. Reviews the documentations of school events as submitted by other departments/units pertaining to school activities.
12. Performs other functions delegated to him by the President.
